I wanted to upgrade from the athletic apparel selection at my local 'Walled Mart' so I looked at MMA shorts before deciding the best choice might be the Thai-style short the Muy Thai fighters wear. And yes, they provide the best range of motion of anything I've worn. They are comfortable and really seem to invite movement. They don't gather or bind when kicking or kneeing high. The sizing seems small so I recommend ordering one size up plus that will really help with their loose fit throughout the seat. Of course during a high kick, these shorts may 'raise the curtain' a bit too much for some audiences. Just focus on technique or wear compression shorts underneath. I say enjoy the ventilation. Anyway, a definite recommend and I will be ordering more soon.

Great so far. Fit like my other Muay Thai shorts from non-Thai brands (ie Cageside). I am 95 kg (210 lbs) and got the XL. Comfortable waist band, shorts do not bind when kicking or stretching. Satin feel is nice—I don’t notice them at all while I work. These are not “discount” or “knock-off” shorts.

The shorts fit perfectly. He got a medium and they fit as expected. Shorts were comfortable and perfect for his muay tai training session. Great value! We will definitely be buying another pair.

They're nice looking, the material feels very breathable. But when I put them on an try throwing high knees or mid-high kicks it feels like there gonna rip. I still say give them a try, because they're definitely a good first pair a trunks.

The XXL Is an excellent fit for someone with a wide waist and thick legs. Able to kick and knee without pulling or riding. Have purchased three pairs in the last few months.

I find a lot of the Thai style shorts cheesy. Also I live in a city where we wear black most of the time 🤣

Good for Muay Thai. Felt weird for the first time since I wasn't used to wearing shorts that are high up the knee but very comfortable fit.
