Has anyone tried to pull a chair piston out of the underside of a chair with this?

I don't know what a chair piston is. I've pulled two tap heads that were seized off with it but had to use a spacer over the pointer.

NO WAY, THE SELLER HAS MISS-SOLD THIS ITEM AND LIED ABOUT THE SIZE, WITH THIS SO CALLED 8 INCH PULLER YOU WOULD HAVE A HARD TIME USING THIS WITH 4 INCH SHAFTS, THE PULLER AT ITS MAX INSIDE LEG LENGTH WILL GIVE YOU ABOUT 100MM 4 INCH OF  WORKING SPACE NOTHING ON THIS PULLER MEASURES 8 INCHES THE LONGEST MEASUREMENT IS UNDER 6 INCHES OF ANY PART OF THIS PULLER, IT IS MISLEADING TO THE EXTREME, THIS IS A 4 INCH WORKING PULLER, GOING BY THIS KATSIC BRAND VERY MISLEADING AND DISHONEST SIZES YOU WOULD NEED  AT LEAST THE 12 INCH PULLERS  TO HOOK AND PULL THE 150MM DEPTH OF YOUR WASHER,   
MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID ANYTHING FROM KATSIC BRAND SORRY KATSU BRAND AS ITS ALL JUST RUBBISH IN MY EXPERIENCE.
YOU LIKELY LONG DID THE JOB BUT THIS INFO MIGHT HELP ANOTHER PERSON IN A SIMILAR SITUATION LIKE I WAS.
I FELL FOR THIS JUNK AND GOT BURNT, I REPORTED IT TO TRADING STANDARDS AS A MISLEADING ITEM TO THE WEIGHTS AND MEASUREMENTS DEPARTMENT WHO ARE INVESTIGATING THE MATTER, LETS HOPE THEY FINE THEM FOR MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS WHO BUY THIS ITEM
