All uniform and machined well. I bought these as part of converting a Weber Genesis 310 NG (Model: 6611001) to propane based on some online forum advice.They didn't fit the manifold for the grill model I have; too loose in the socket.Might work on newer models; so, do your research and double check the right size. I was able to widen the opening easily with a #57 bit and a hand-drill.

All the kits on Amazon do not include enough for every burner.I was worried about ordering these because they did not look like the OEM ones.Contrary to what Monument says,you can convert to Natural Gas. These worked on my Monument Mesa 5 Burner M405BZ (Lowes) should be the same for model M415BZ. Originals are M5X.75 .9mm. You could probably go a bit larger hole especially in the "Sear zone" or side burner.

These are correct for the Weber Summit Gold. Started with #60 drill for all jets, and did some fine tuning. Ended up with: Side burner #60, Right burner #60, 2nd burner #59, 3rd burner #60, left burner #57, smoker burner #60. Installed an adjustable main regulator, which allows me fine tuning of all burners up or down.

I used these as replacements on my NexGrill BBQ. They were the correct diameter, however the threads are very short. They were barely long enough to thread in. It seems to be holding on ok but they were about half the thread length as OEM.

Couldn’t find anything on the thread size for my grill. Second try with these and fit perfect. Model 720-0896. Orifice Needs to be drilled out for proper propane flow these are just starter holes. Hope this helps someone down the road.

When I first took these out of the bag I thought they were way too small. Turns out they fit my Weber Genesis 2 natural gas grill that I converted to propane perfectly. Buy a number 57 drill bit and drill out the holes and they are perfect. Do not forget to adjust the air baffles!

Converting from NG to LP. Bought these along with pen vise drill and used 1mm (equivalent to #60.5?) drill bit. Put the bit up in the chuck as far as possible but above cutting edges. I used a drop of oil and applied slight pressure. Work slowly and if it binds back up a half turn and continue until through. Adjust the carb until you have blue flame with small orange tip.

Two years ago I bought a NexGrill Portable (820-0033) and immediately converted it to natural gas (GASP!). NOTE: the orifices are stamped 0.80 [mm]. I bought the NG hose/regulator kit from HD and reamed each grill orifice to the appropriate size for NG. The conversion worked great.When it came time to move house (and lose my outdoor NG plumbing), I converted the grill back to LP. Since I kept the original LP hose/regulator, all I had to do was replace the orifices (yah, that's what he said). NOTE: The NexGrill Portable orifice threads are 5mm!I asked Gas Fitters/Plumbing Suppliers/BBQ stores if they sold orifices; they sent me to NexGrill. I asked NexGrill Parts if they sold orifices; they were ready to sell me two complete valve assemblies @ $24ea.After one attempt at ordering orifices that were UNEF, I figured out that I actually needed 5mm threads, not 6mm, not 32unef... FIVE, COUNT THEM, FIVE MILLIMETER THREAD PITCH! (insert angelic 'ah' here). I used a 1/32" drill bit to achieve that 0.80mm opening (I'm ok with being 0.00625mm undersize). Yes, I wrapped yellow teflon tape around those wee orifices.The snivellers are correct: these are 1/16" shorter than the originals... whoopty do! They fit. They're fine. They're not going to jump out of the bag and install themselves. If you don't have the fine motor skills to work with small parts in tight spaces, ask your 6yr old for help or hire a plumber.After I glued 'n screwed 'n taped everything back together, I sparked up the Q, grilled a celebratory porterhouse and chugged a high test.The moral of the story is: orifice size matters...
