Fried Garlic 1 Lb

I thought I was ordering sliced garlic but instead received chopped dry garlic instead, my mistake. What I used them for is topping on salads, meats, side dishes, soups, etc. They have a nice, mellow taste, not strong or garlicky. I put them into a grinder and use them in different recipes too. They're better than the powder stuff you buy at the store and taste fresher. I like them and will order more in the future. For a mistake they turned out great.

Love this product! I love it doesn't add wheat like some of the others and is priced right. This is before the tariff war so I don't know how that sentence will age. Anyway, it is definitely garlicky. It can get a little spicy as garlic does. A staple in my home. It 100% smells like garlic and nothing else. Sprinkle it on everything and enjoy!

Honestly I might be a little obsessed with garlic, but dang this stuff was great! I added it to anything that might have a little excess liquid and needed a rich punch of garlic-y savor (everything!) Fantastic in soups, sauces, rice, and orzo salad. Really I didn't find anything that it didn't enhance. Also it could be super handy if you're in an unexpected battle with the bloodsucking undead, or if you like being that one person in a group that the mosquitoes give a pass to unless they're desperate. Any way you look at it, it's a win win. Flavor enhancement, armament, or pest control- be they insects or pushy guys, this is a great value!

This stuff is great. Crunchy, good garlic flavor, stores well in the freezer. Low fat content.For the people worried about the warning label...these labels are on nearly everything in CA. If your bag has this label, it's because it was shipped from California. There are not high levels of anything dangerous in this,. California is just a highly litigious nanny state with a lot of silly laws, so companies put these labels on them to avoid frivolous lawsuits.

EXCELLENT!! Full of flavor. Easy to add & get great flavor to any dish. Hated original packaging so I placed mine into a mason jar!!! Seems quite fresh. Didn’t like seal on packaging.

First time buying this brand. I’ve been so used to ordering the delicious Filipino brands from Pampanga and Aling Conching Native Products – but wanted to try to see if this would taste comparable. After receiving, I was immediately frightened by the warning label on it: “WARNING: This product can expose you to a chemical (or chemicals) such as (cadmium) that is (are) known to the State of California to cause cancer/birth defects or other reproductive harm.” – why would they sell it to be edible? Made me think that I accidentally purchased a product for NON-EDIBLE use.I’m not sure if this is how Chinese brand fried garlic is SUPPOSED to taste like, but as I proceeded to sprinkle a taste sample on my food, i realized it doesn’t smell right – nor taste like fried garlic, it has a very chemical/citrus odor to it (as if it had been bathed with some scented bath oil) and tastes just as NON-edible. Is this supposed to potpourri? The flavor is as scary as its label.I thought all fried garlic would basically be the same or taste at least similar… but this brand proved me wrong. I won’t be buying this brand ever again.I just disposed of the rest in one of my potted onion plants to see if it would kill it. It IMMEDIATELY started repelling the SLUGS as you can see in my photo post.
