No, it will not. That is why I had to return it.

Does the hole on the case fit the carabiner itself? The ring seems to be a little flimsy.

Yes, I believe the hole would allow for it, but it will stretch the silicone out and could potentially rip over time. This would be because the hole was not designed to be used with the carabiner alone.

Does this case fit the ultimate ear fit charging case?

It is not worth buy does not stay on cause there is not enough gel to hold onto pod outer surface but could alittle more glue to make it stick... buy at your own risk but I wouldn't buy again
