Absolutely unsatisfying.
Product doesn't work. And on top of product being bad, there is no refund. How funny. Such an expensive item and once you make the purchase, you are stuck with product whether it's usable by you or not. Extremely absurd and way way below the publicly perceived policies of Amazon. Absolutely dissatisfying, frustrating and dis- illusional. Very bad in deed. And a total-loss purchase. Left a feeling of being cheated.
