Although I have not had the opportunity to wear these yet as I have bought them for the colder snowy weather I can tell they will be fantastic and extremely warm and waterproof. They were a bit difficult to get on at first around the ankle even with the laces loosened as much as possible but with a good shove they went in no problem and came out easily. Excellent quality and great colour.The boots do make my size 7 feet look rather large but they are very comfortable and I can live with the fact that my feet look a bit bigger than they are. I went for a 7.5 as I have one foot slightly bigger than the other and my feet can get quite hot so I wanted some extra room. They don't feel too large in side.They look stylish while being practical. I had seen them on Pintrest and fell in love with them and for this price you cannot go wrong.They are built to last and if you look after them you will certainly get many many years use out of them.

I wear UK size 5. However, when it comes to boots, I order UK size 6 to have some wriggle room (and thick socks). The item arrived as promised. It was well packed and didn't have any weird smell at all.I read the other reviews and worried that it would be difficult to get into them but I didn't have that problem at all. I made sure I loosened the laces first and tightened them according to how snug I wanted them to be. It looks great and stylish. It didn't look as bulky as my previous North Face Snow Boots. I'm always outdoors and have bad blood circulation (so my cold toes suffer) so I needed a sturdy, comfortable, warm, waterproof and chic-looking pair of Winter boots. Sorel's Joan of Arctic Boots are definitely a winner! Great value for money. Hope this helps.

I love these boots, they’re so comfortable and warm and I do like the look, but people should realise if they have even remotely developed calf muscles, the faux fur trim will not meet at the front of the boot the way it does in the model photos. You can see what I mean in one of the other reviewer’s photos—there’s a gap at the front because there is no faux fur on the tongue of the boot and the side bits do not extend enough to go around unless you have *very* *very* thin legs. I’ve decided to just accept it as I like the boots otherwise, but I would’ve preferred the faux fur go all the way around (my last boots were Timberland and they did this by having a section of the lining on the tongue, which was perfect.) Still a lovely pair of boots, just not quite perfect. Also, noticed some people say they’re tricky to take on and off—I haven’t had any trouble, you just need to make sure you undo the laces enough, especially before they’ve broken in.

Boots are great especially in thd snow keep my feet nice and dry!

I just received these boots in the post and I am extremely happy with them. They are very well constructed to a high quality with relatively good grip on the soles. Ignore the reviews describing these boots as "fluffed up wellingtons". These boots are serious snow boots for keeping your feet warm, dry and comfortable in the winter months. Although I haven't yet tried them out in winter conditions, with it being summer, I am confident they will do the job much better than wellingtons can!In terms of fit - I am usually a UK size 6 (sometimes 6.5). I bought the size 6 and they fit me perfectly. I still have a bit of wiggle room for wearing thick socks. The boots did feel rather tight at first but once you walk around in them for a few minutes they are perfect.If you're hesitating over whether to buy these boots I'd say go ahead!

These boots are quite tight, I bought a 5 in another pair of Sorel boots and they are massive. It’s hit and miss with sizing but I’ve started going for a 4 in some shoes which I know are big like Skechers and Dr Marten but the size 5 in these is a bit snug if I want to wear socks so def size up. They are so warm unless I’m skiing which I don’t they will be fine to wear without socks. They are so comfortable I can’t take them off.

My wife could not get her foot in and had she done so don’t know how we would have got them off. Well made and I’m sure waterproof looked good too but far too stiff.

I eventually got these boots on .. agony.. there was a horrible hard and sharp ridge which hit the top of my foot making it so hard to get on .. . my foot was red and scratched through my sock.Once on they were ok. I decided to return them for a 1/2 size larger.Nice boots though.

Me parece que las botas son de buena calidad, cómodas y cálidas. Pero no ajustaron bien a mi pie a pesar de ser la talla correcta - el tobillo resbala al caminar y esto eventualmente puede causar ampollas. Mi pareja pidió la versión masculina de estas botas y tuvo el mismo problema. Desafortunadamente tendremos que regresarlas.

I LOVE these boots. My feet stay warm all day in the snow. i wear a 7.5 but bought a size 8. There is a little extra room for thick wool socks. I love that they are slip resistance on ice and very comfortable. I also love the look of these boots and my husband loves they way look on me to. I bought the ones that look like a white or fawn leather. LOVE LOVE LOVE.Only thing I would change is add an arch suport for releaving low back pain when on my feet all day.

I’ve been coveting these boots for years & just got a new coat so decided it was time to finally take the plunge & get me some Sorels to match. Yay for meeeee!!!!! 😃I’m normally a size 7.5 - 8 so went with an 8. The fit is perfect with just enough room inside the liner for a pair of sheepskin insoles for extra cushion, warmth & to (hopefully) prolong the life of the liner.I was kinda nervous to order online based on the many reviews stating the difficulty folks were having with sizing & getting these bad boys on & off. I’ve gotta say…I had zero issues right out of the box. I just loosened the laces all the way down, slid my foot in easy as can be, then tied the laces loose enough that I could get them off again. Now I can just pull them on or off without fussing with laces (or zippers for that matter)…exactly what I was hoping for!If you find that your heel slips a bit, I do recommend that you have the laces tighter for the lower two loops then do a knot in the laces (to keep the tightness) before threading the laces through the rest of the loops more loosely.I’m digging the fact that these have a sturdy leather loop at the back making it easy to slip a finger through to give it that final tug when putting them on. There is also a hidden dome inside, just below the loop, that fastens the liner to the suede upper so it stays put when removing the boot.As far as performance goes, this Canadian girl’s feet (& calves) are toasty warm & dry when trudging through deep snow in -25C temps or slopping across a slushy parking lot.I’m so pleased….LOVE these boots!!!
