this book deserves a WOW WOW WOW !!!! I love its simplicity and precise of the writing , it is NOT BORING to read at all , it is fun and very informative , regardless if you know what to say or if you are a seasoned realtor , this book takes you to a refreshing course of how to express yourself to your prospective clients , I Love It , I am extremely happy with my purchase

I wish I could give it to all the agents in town. My copy was wire spiral bound, an excellent choice. I highly recommend this for all agents and the more generic book "Exactly what to say" for everyone else. This is genius, it's great for anyone who struggles for words to say in different situations. I took notes and studied it for hours. We all could use a "script writer" from time to time!

I would totally recommend this book if you are struggling to breakthrough those barriers and control conversations to find out what potential clients are looking for and ultimately help them!

It's well written, but the pages are sparsely filled in this 225-page book (lots of white space). It's a quick read with a few new nuggets I hadn't already discovered in other RE books or in training sessions, webinars, etc. I think I was hoping for a bit more.

A real estate agent used this book as a study guide. Pretty good, not overly complicated.

This book is great to just open up, pick a random page, read a few lines to take with you on your next appointment. These are incredible phrases, lines of conversation and sentences to arm yourself with to lead your client engagements toward the outcomes you desire. Not only that, they will help you come across as a very thoughtful, considerate and intelligent real estate agent who can help people achieve their goals. Highly recommend for all sales agents.

Never pressuring the buyer or seller.Before I read the book, bought the online course, and attended an Exactly What to Say workshop, I thought I knew it all and didn’t need any help.I’m the one that other agents call regularly asking me what I would say in difficult situations. After digesting all the material from the authors, two things happened.One, my ego was bruised a bit because I realized I totally wasn’t as good as I thought I was. And two, I was so EXCITED for the future because I knew that my income would go up exponentially because I would now know exactly what to say.
