Will these fit on a cooler master mechanical keyboard (cherry mx red)?

They will fit, but there's a caveat. The function keys are cut for the secondary functions as assigned on a Razer keyboard. So F2, for example, won't necessarily match up with the second function (on my CM mechanical keyboard, that's "Red+" if you hold down the "FN" key, but on these keycaps it's cut as volume control or something).

Compatible with razer huntsman v2?

Yes, any switch with cherry stems this set will fit.

Will these fit a 65% keyboard (Keychron K6)? I'm worried about the right shift key (1.75 u).

It has a 1.25u shift key, will look kind of lonely there... you could use one of the ctrl/alt 1.5u instead
