BN59-01247A for Samsung TV Remote for Samsung Remote Controls for Smart TV

I made sure I ordered the correct model number and I have to say this works perfectly fine with my TV… Very happy customer!

This remote control is the same Mode No. as my original (BN59-01246A). I was not sure it would work with my 7yr old Samsung smart TV Model No. UE65KS8000? However, it worked straight out of the packet with no probs. Not an original Samsung remote (I knew this when I ordered it) hence no Samsung name on it. Very pleased with the product & price. Now only time will tell if it will last as long as the original.

Damaged my original Samsung remote and was using another Samsung remote in the house (which was exactly the same) Got fed up after 2 days of sharing the remote and so I ordered this. First impressions - It not Samsung remote and its lighter and doesn't feel (strange I know) like the old one in comparison. Buttons are exactly the same layout/ size and symbols as the original. Visually hard to tell it's not original if you ignore the Samsung lettering on the original. After user it I found it to work just as well as the original with only 2 VERY minor cosmetic niggles - First - Buttons are higher on this than on original meaning you have to push down further for thing to happen and feel more rubbery than original. Second the original Samsung remote had dimples on the centre button of the arrow keys and 2 dimple in the left side for volume and 1 dimple for channel, this one didn't. Didn't realise how much I used these as a points of reference on the remote while in the dark until I realised I had to turn the light on to see what I was pressing. It annoyed me so much that I swapped the remotes over to get the dimple back. Sad I know but its the little things you get use to without even knowing! :) otherwise for the price and speed of delivery (amazon prime) very good replacement for a genuine Samsung remote.

Replacement, value for money. Worked as soon as the batteries were put in. Exactly like the original

Always handy having a spare often lose the original and this solved missing the end of a story!!!!!
