I decided to buy after reading previous reviews,and I was glad I did.the iPad is in excellent condition without a mark on it and looks brand new.it’s not fully set up yet as it’s a present but I’ve checked it’s all working ok.very pleased.To update I had a problem with my iPad 9 months after purchase,I contacted the seller who was extremely helpful.they sent a returns postage label immediately and within 3 days had decided the iPad was faulty and had sent another which got to me within a day!i couldn’t fault them,definitely 5* customer service!!!

Good product

I purchased the iPad 6th Gen and it was fine on arrival. I took great care of it — it was always used with a screen protector and a sturdy case. After only about six weeks, the screen spontaneously cracked. There was no drop or damage caused by me.When I contacted the seller, they were rude and dismissive, insisting that I must have damaged or misused the product — which is completely untrue. They refused to help in any way. I then reached out to Amazon customer service, but the experience was equally frustrating. I had to explain the situation repeatedly to different representatives, and no one offered a clear or consistent solution.Now I’m left with a defective iPad, no refund, and no support. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of accountability from the seller and Amazon.

Great condition, great price and seller responded well to a minor issue.

The iPad is in good condition can’t fault it, but does take a very long time to charge, just have to charge it overnight, only had it one day, so not had much use, time will tell, delivery was excellent

Amazing only thing is the charger stoped working after 2 weeks so I need to buy new one.

Not what expected... but ok

I bought this iPad to connect my pc remotely. It works perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. Few scuffs and dents on the casing but the screen is in perfect condition. For what I paid I couldn’t be happier!

Questo iPad da 9.7 pollici, nella versione Wi-Fi + Cellulare da 32GB in argento, si è rivelato un acquisto eccellente, soprattutto considerando che è un modello ricondizionato. L'ho scelto principalmente per utilizzarlo con la funzione Sidecar come secondo monitor per il mio MacBook Pro, e devo dire che svolge egregiamente questo compito.- Nonostante sia un dispositivo di qualche anno fa, non ho riscontrato alcun problema nei tre mesi di utilizzo, il che dimostra la qualità del ricondizionamento.- Oltre all'uso come monitor secondario, l'iPad si è dimostrato valido anche per l'intrattenimento. Lo utilizzo spesso per guardare Netflix e altre app di streaming, e l'esperienza è sempre fluida e piacevole. La qualità dello schermo è più che adeguata per questo tipo di attività, e la durata della batteria è soddisfacente, permettendomi di utilizzarlo per diverse ore senza doverlo ricaricare frequentemente.- In sintesi, questo iPad rappresenta un ottimo compromesso per chi non ha esigenze particolarmente elevate ma desidera comunque un dispositivo affidabile e versatile. È ideale per chi cerca un iPad a un prezzo più accessibile, senza rinunciare alle funzionalità essenziali. Consigliato a chi vuole un dispositivo pratico e funzionale.
