Gustaf's English Licorice Allsorts | 2 Pound Bag | Gourmet Candy, Assorted Flavors

Haven’t had this in years so wasn’t sure how it would taste. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. So fresh, just like I used to get at the candy shop in the mall. Will definitely be ordering more favorites from this company!!

I'm at a loss here. On march 28 I purchased a 1 pound bag of Gustavs allsorts licorice. It was yummy and delicious!Last week I purchased a 2 lb bag of gustov's English Allsorts. The picture of product looked the same but the product was awful. It was hard chalked and smelled weird. I'm sad because I really liked the first 1 lb bag. I'm afraid if I order it I might get something similar to the last bag. I'm going to reorder first bag and throw the product from my latest order away being it's open food. Just had to get off my chest.

These look like the original English brand but do not have the same strong licorice flavor. Very sweet and slightly dry.I prefer the English brand which is more expensive.

Perfectly acceptable replacement for Maynards.

It’s a good value but they’re a tad hard. Licorice all sorts should be tender and chewy, these seem to be a tad past their prime, I still love licorice though so I’ll struggle through. That said, I won’t likely purchase THIS seller again. The brand is great, but the distributor either stored them too long or incorrectly.

I agree these are stale hard and pretty close to unedible. Don't bother.
