Celestron 72333 Nature DX ED 10x42 Binoculars with Extra-Low Dispersion Objective Lenses for Outdoors and Birding, Fully Multi-Coated with BaK-4 Prisms, Rubber Armoured, Fog & Waterproof

In the past I bought two of the non ED version of the 10x42 binoculars and I think they ate excellent value for money. Clear, bright, smooth focus wheel and solidly built. This time, for the sake of the extra £20 also I thought I might as well go for the ED version. I can’t really tell the difference between these and the previous ones, however, they are still excellent binoculars, solid feel, well built. I use them by the sea to watch the shipping and I have been very happy with them. I would recommend.

Exceptional, clear image. Great brightness and colour.

These binoculars are great for the price. Although they are not a premium brand they hit a sweet spot for quality and affordability. The lenses have great clarity with no discernable fringing. Colour is very well preserved too. They are sturdily built with well a well engineered hinge. The focus dial has a satisfyingly smooth action. I'd recommend these to someone who is just looking for great value or is an occasional user for whom quality is important but doesn't want to break the bank for something that will sit in a drawer for months not being used. Recommended

Love this binoculars. Very good quality and engineering for a good price. I also tried 10x42 but decided on 8x42 as latter one gives much brighter view and very sharp !!I I recommend the 8x42 for birds and wildlife as well as landscape observations.

Very happy with these. Great image quality, relatively lightweight and compact and well built so not constantly worried about knocking them.

These binoculars are great for my interest in bird watching great clarity and definitely better than my old 10 x35 binoculars.I am very happy with them

I have owned and used Celestron DX ED 10x42 which I bought probably as much as 30 years ago - they were fab ! I decided to replace with like for like - or that was the plan ….. I Received my delivery of a replacement pair if the same binos delivered this evening and I was shocked at how much poorer these new ones are compared to the old pair. The optics are good but the build quality is so much poorer, the lens protectors far less substantial, the strap is so poor it is barely of use - as opposed to the broad padded Logoed strap from the old pair. The general feel of the new binos is less comfortable in the hands and the carry case has a Velcro closing mechanism which does not align well at all. I am going to try them tomorrow in daylight and decide whether I can accept these but I very much expect that I will be returning them and look else where. Truly disappointed

I tested probably another 5-8 china binoculars with perfect score stars... This one is the most clear, smaller in size and biggest zoom range. I have the same HD and now this one ED are the best in this price range.

Apenas llevo 4 meses usando los binoculares y ya se le cayó, sin razón, la placa con el logotipo que va en la base para el trípode, y por lo tanto se perdió. En cuanto al funcionamiento, no están mal, pero sinceramente me parecen demasiado costosos para lo que ofrecen.

La qualità c'è tutta e si vede. Lente nitidissima e colori realissimi. Definizione altissima. Mi piacciono un sacco. Molto molto belli. Li consiglio.

Nice package, quality product. However, I cannot find the Premium word on the package/ product as advertised.
