It's a copper cup. Cup made of copper. Looks good. I add a little water to Borax. Make a paste. Cleans the cup up good.

High quality, pure copper cup
Copper cups keep liquids cool and purifies water. Over time, if not cleaned inside the cup, tarnish will develop. This is normal and easily cleaned with copper cleaner periodically. Does not affect water or other liquids if tarnish is present.

The water feels cooler and the water tastes pure, but if you leave any liquid in the cup it will have the taste of steel. The cup is beginning to tarnish at the inside.

Smelled awful, black gunk around rivets, slivers
This was my first experience buying a solid copper cup and I have to say it hasn't been off to a good start.Immediately upon opening the box it absolutely reeked of mildew! Was this one sitting in a warehouse basement for thirty years?The cup itself looked mostly okay but the handle was installed very crookedly.As one other reviewer had posted there was a nasty black crust around where the rivets were installed. I was planning to drink from this cup and it shows up smelling awful and having this nasty black stuff inside and out? Not inspiring confidence!There were also metal slivers around where the rivets were installed which I had to pick off. Underneath one of them on the outside is a discolored patch, too.Gotta say, I'm not feeling a sense of artisan pride with this cup. It might be fine if all you're looking for is something to hold your pen collection. I don't want to risk trying to drink water from it. Back on the truck it goes.

Article reçu avec une matière noir sur les bords, tout au fond de la tasse, obligé d’utiliser un couteau pour les retirer. Finalement je ne vais pas la garder.Petit détail, mais qui a son importance il faut rajouter au prix d’achat 12 € de frais de douane que la poste m’a réclamé quand j’ai récupéré mon colis👍🏼
