Where should I start - look, aesthetics, utility, ease of cleaning, quality? In all aspects I am satisfied. Durability is yet to be checked as it is only a week old. But I don't see any problem.First, the widest stove with 4 burners where all the 4 burners can be used simultaneously with medium to big vessels on all 4. What more can you ask?Second, burners are of good quality, heavy. It did change color in two days. Bit I suppose it will be with any brass burner.Third, cleaning is a breezeFourth, the pan support is heavy and awesome and does the job wellFifth, lookwise great with mirror finish and mat stainless steel base adding elegance to the stoveSixth, arrangement of burners is 1 big and medium at the front and they are wide apart. Two small at the back. Their idea is if big burner is kept at the back, the big vessels might touch the wall. I did not see any problem of burning the hand or spilling while trying to handle a small vessel at the back with the front burners being in use. The arrangement of burner from a utility point is a great plus and look wise also, nice .Minor Drawbacks - the big burner auto ignition doesn't work like other burners. So I use lighter for that burner. Not a big concern for meWhile assembling the stove, some screws werent even tightened. We knew how to do. So not a concern for us.The underneath of the stove has razor sharp edges. Not a issue on a day to do basis. If for some reason, deep cleaning is required , you have to be EXTRA careful as it can cause severe cutDrip tray is screwed and not removable . Wish it was.Overall, just go for it if you love cooking and you need 4 burners even if it is only occasionally and if it is in your budget. You will not regret

A well designed gas stove - probably the best-looking one in the market. Too early to say how robust it is but its finish and materials look quite good. The auto-ignition is also very convenient and with the battery provided, it’s a breeze. Only downside, this stove is meant for LPG connections primarily! If you have a PNG connection, you’ll have to get a handyman to reconfigure the mechanism of the stove - and that means paying extra. After fitting it, we spent some anxious moments wondering why the stove wasn’t working! It then struck me that maybe the stove wasn’t configured for PNG. So that’s the only thing to keep in mind.

Ordered the product on 6th June on Amazon and received the same on 12th June. Looks of the product looks promising as shown in the picture. The best part of the product is that in 3 of the ignition doesn't work properly. You call the service number, they take your complaint and purposely assign the case to some technician was doesn't even come to the location you reside. This is all done so you don't have to return the product. With great difficulty and multiple calls the case gets assigned to the local technician or service center. The technician comes one day before the return date which is provided to return the product if not happy with the same. Technician informed the ignition part is broken and needs to consult his manager. Also informed his manager would give a call. The technician never bothered to pick the call after that day and never received a call from his manager. So I am stuck with the product. One of the worst service. I would suggest people never to buy a product from Glen, these guys know just to fool people with our hard earned money. And there is no follow up from their main call center or the local service center. My complaint number is SB/2021/6/KR/195421

Ordered this for automatic ignition feature, but it doesn't work for 1 big burner so returned it. So not gonna write review on usage. It had battery operated auto ignition(I had auto ignition on butterfly brand before which worked without battery, the model is stopped now. So don't why they can't bring the same mechanism here). How auto ignition works here is you have to push a button(which induces sparks in all the burner) and turn the knob to switch on the burner so if you are planning to get this for ease the use for paralyzed person or someone who can use only one hand,this stove is not the right one.

Very bad stove.the flame is not adequate enough since the time v had bought.its been 8 months already. called for service as well and they said this is only the capacity of the stove.cannot do anything.Dont go for it.
