Damaged product received :/. I was so excited for this and turns out it’s second hand.

Reviews mentioning poor quality are not false but not completely true! Yes there were some defects in manufacturing from xbox but they resolved it and have extended the warranty to 12 months. So if you have received a defective product it will be replaced! This is a primium controller for hard-core gamers!!!!

Amazing controller especially if you are into first person shooters. You can customise everything to your own preference. Also the case is pretty nice too with the Charger built in. Enjoying it so far.

This is the second version of Microsoft's Elite Controller. The first edition was poorly manufactured and over-engineered, with the grips falling off within1 years use, the d-pad stopped working and other issues.I've had the new one for less than a month and the left stick has a mind of its own, the buttons are sticky, and overall it is a poor product.Buy the Razer Wolverine instead, even though it is not wireless, it will be a better product than the Elite 2. I won't rely on a Microsoft made controller again, have spent 300-400 USD on Xbox controllers, the equivalent of a console itself. Buying this product is a gamble.

I received an used controller! This is really disappointing. Unsure who this is possible but its wrong. It feels like controller is premium but unlucky received used product.

The device developed a fault within 3 months of purchase, and despite it being under warranty, it is proving to be very difficult to get it serviced or replaced.
