We had an initial issue with one quality aspect, and what really stood out was how FEATOL handled it. They responded quickly, stood by their product, and followed through with a solution even after the return window had technically closed due to a miscommunication. That level of accountability is rare and speaks volumes. As for the product itself, we use these daily on our pizzeria line, and they have been phenomenal. Comfortable, durable, and clearly designed with real working environments in mind. They have held up to long shifts, constant movement, and the realities of a commercial kitchen without missing a beat. It is one thing to sell a good product. Anything I’m sure can have cons but for me I haven’t found anything significant.It’s firmness is supportive yet soft enough for a ..ahhh ha my feet feel good as I stand here cooking.The color goes with my color scheme.There was no awful odor as we opened the box.It wasn’t folded no extra creases.Since outside was freezing when delivered I waited until a few hours before using.Great pick so far. I haven’t tripped and it doesn’t slid on my floors.since it was delivered right to my door and I’ve looked for one so very long I say the value is worth every penny!

I use this at my kitchen sink, and it feels comfortable, and the quality is good. Blue was my color choice (matches my decor). There was no odd "brand new" factor smell. Yes, it's easy to clean.

I use it under my standing desk, helps my ankles and is really well padded but not too soft or too firm. Just the right give to make standing comfortable. Most importantly it doesn’t slip at all.

I have spent thousands of hours standing on various anti-fatigue mats. Some are so mushy with soft memory foam they actually weaken leg stability and cause painful ankles and sore calves. A high percentage of mats are made from pvc (polyvinyl chloride) which gives off toxic gases and odors. The majority of mats do not stay in place and can cause sliding and injury. Many manufacturers and sellers ship their mats either rolled up or folded. In both instances, the mats will show rippled creases and may never lay flat on the floor. After exhaustive searching I was fortunate to discover the Featol Anti-Fatigue mats and now have three of them in my home. They are constructed from high-quality urethane and give off no odor, even when first opened. They provide a gentle lift when standing on them, both a cushioning effect and a buoyancy off the hard floor. I have the blue ones and they are beautiful, kind of a darker Wedgewood blue. They were shipped in three separate boxes, each one was flat with protective material surrounding it so as not to become bent or folded. They have a design on the back that grips the floor so they do not move around unless you choose to pick them up. And they look like well-crafted, high-quality items that were designed for customers who want only the finest. I have no connection with this company, but you might have guessed that I am ecstatic about this product. I have paid more for similar products in the past but they came nowhere near this level of satisfaction.

I had surgery on my foot some months ago, and have a great deal of pain when I'm on my feet for any extended amount of time now. So, we wanted something for the kitchen that provided relief from standing and had a decent amount of padding. Thus far, these have been a dream for me and have made cooking much more bearable again! The mat itself has a pretty good-quality feel to it. Neither the top nor the underside feel cheaply-made. We liked that the pad has a gradual slope to it, making it hard to drip over the edges as you walk around it. More importantly, however, it has a GREAT amount of padding! We purposely wanted a thicker pad, and this definitely delivered on that! Most of the mats we looked at were pretty thin by comparison, and often trading functionality for visual appeal. A lot of them also have a bunch of design-like textures in them, which was one of the other reasons why we gravitated towards this particular product (it's pretty smooth with minimal texturing!). In regards to color (or, at least for the blue color), it's pretty true to how it's advertised in the example pictures. I'm an individual who is highly detail-oriented and has to have things just-so. So, I did notice that the mat DOES move a SLIGHT bit (we're talking like, a tenth or eighth of an inch max) as you move on and off of it a lot, but it's certainly not surfing across the floor or slipping out from under you though. It's pretty difficult to move with your foot alone, and often requires that you actually bend down to manually move it with your hands back to where you want it; so, that should tell you about how good it is with more or less staying in place! It stays in place very well!

Thick, comfortable, heavy duty and easy to clean for kitchen. They come in many different sizes to meet my kitchen.

I love this anti-fatigue mat. It looks nice in my kitchen, and I like standing on it. This is a very well made product.

Have the mat in the kitchen. I find it great to stand on, very safe and the colour blends in well with my kitchen. I’ve recommended it to friends and family.

It’s not level with the floor so it can be a trip hazard for seniors or people that have balance issues if they are unaware of its location.

I do a big meal prep for 4 to 5 hours and the kitchen tiles used to kill my back. Not any more with this mat.
