I was looking for a leg elevation pillow to help me with sciatica that effects my sleep. There are numerous products listed on Amazon, but I wanted something wide enough to easily support both legs and not leave my feet hanging off the end. This Bekweim extra long pillow is 4 to 5 inches longer than the others, so I decided to give it a try. It was the right choice for me.It arrived bound up and compressed in a plastic wrapper. After unwrapping, it didn’t take long to regain its full shape - maybe a couple hours. Took a day to air out and lose the chemical smell, though.It’s very firm, firmer than my mattress, so I don’t think it will lose its shape or go flat any time soon. It feels supportive and is not uncomfortable to me. I’m 5’8” with a 31” inseam and this pillow supports my feet with a little room to spare. I also like that it’s wide enough for me to move my legs around a little without falling off the sides. It’s really worked for me to sleep without back and hip pain. It also has been helping with the circulation in my legs, ankles and feet. It’s everything that I wanted without being grossly expensive and I’m glad I purchased it.

I have had two total knee replacements in one month. This wedge has made it possible for me to elevate and not have pillows falling all around. Features that make it a true winner. It is 24” wide, so there is room on both sides of my legs, and even if I fall asleep using it, my legs remain supported. It has grippers on the bottom, so it does not move around. I am so thankful I found this wedge. It arrived the 1st day home after my second knee replacement. If I could, I would be kicking myself that I didn’t get it sooner!! I bought one and returned it to Bed, Bath, and Beyond that did not have the same support! I am adding on to this review four weeks after my second knee replacement. I could not have slept many nights without this pillow because it allows me to elevate and remove some of the swelling. Seriously, I am a fan!

it really did take 3 days for my pillow to uncompress. its high quality, firm, the right shape and i expect it to last a long time. i ordered this after foot surgery on both my feet. it was so nice. the pillow cases are a washable cover and a pillow case that goes over that. i was expecting 2 outer cases so i was a little bummed out but ocerall happy with my purchase. also if you have fibromyalgia and have the incredibly painful feet first thing in the morning sleeping with this pillow has reduced that for me. less leg pain upon awaking. Update: 2/5/2023 this pillow is still in perfect condition. Still firm and covers still wash great and fit fine 🙂

It's a well made pillow. This is a great pillow for upper torso support. I purchased it to elevate my legs in the hope I would get some relief from back pain. However, the pillow was a little high for my purposes. I found it difficult to sleep because my heart seemed to be pumping a little harder with the leg elevation. Made it difficult to sleep (a problem I never have). My feet and lower legs were a little numb in the morning from being elevated so high. I am a senior, so keep that in mind when viewing my comments.

Helps the swelling in my husband's legs to be greatly reduced.

I have a condition called POTS which causes a lot of dizziness and pre syncope from blood pulling to my legs. This has been a GAME CHANGER! I avoiding buying it for awhile, saying that I could just “use pillows” and my friends - BUY IT! It’s lightweight enough to move around, sturdy yet soft, and long enough for my 5’11” frame! 10/10

I had a hip replacement last week. Was told to elevate my legs and ice. It was quite frustrating trying to get pillows positioned correctly and not have them slip or fall away. This bolster is perfect. I’m 5’11”. My feet don’t hang over it. Very comfortable. Only took 5 minutes to get into shape from the box. I highly recommend it.

I got this for an upcoming surgery and opened it today after recieving it the day before. So I opened it today and it came with NO COVERS, just the one that's on it when you open it up out of the package. Do I mind? Not really but it's very misleading that you'll receive covers when you don't. If they respond and send me the covers I paid for in the price of the wedge. I'll also change it if it helps at all but for now it gets 3 ⭐️

This is the largest of it's type I've seen. It's to help with my broken ankle recovery. A previous blow up pillow worked but had little stability, then it got a puncture. I wish I'd seen this one sooner. I'm 5'11" and it's more than big enough. I like the 2 covers it comes with and they're zipped. Good value for the amount of memory foam. Recommended.
