Excellent Value- this is a game-changer- for Healthy-Minded people
My doc recently suggested that I take an additional calcium supplement. I was trying to get the large value one on Sam's except it was available on the online, and the minimum was $50. So I opted for this instead. It is fairly large, and you must taking it while having a meal, since it is convenient, I take it with breakfast.

Quite the bargain, if you can swallow it
This supplement offers a high dosage of calcium with added vitamin D to help with absorption which is nice. The tablets are kind of large so it might be difficult for those that have a hard time swallowing pills. Other than that this supplement is a great value.
