It comes with different size needles and is rechargeable which I really like. It takes a little getting used to using. I started on an orange to get the hang of how it works. It does sting a bit when using it so if you don't tolerate pain well I suggest you purchase a numbing agent. I have been successful at removing both skin tags and some freckles.
