Was surprised by how good this product is. my friend had a large skin tag and in the picture you can see it's almost gone just after using this a few times. The needle takes a while to get used to and it does sting a little but it's bareable. We did this with two skin tags and both almost have successfully gone. Leaves the skin a little red after but it's to be expected. Intrustions are easy to follow and you get spare needles with it. Would recommend
