Hyperkin Kinect Converter Adapter for Xbox One S/X, and Windows 10 PCs - Officially Licensed By Xbox

I was running my Gen 2 Kinect through my original Xbox One and swapping HDMI cables with my primary Xbox One X whenever the kids and I played Just Dance. That got old, so enter this nifty adapter. Price was right and setup was very simple with ONE caveat. Make sure you plug the USB-A plug from the adapter into USB port *1* on the back panel of your Xbox One X/S (left USB port if looking at back panel). This device will NOT work if you plug it into USB port 2 or the front USB port. Once you have it plugged into USB port 1, plug in the adapter to power it up and the next time you power up your Xbox, you will see the following message: "You've hooked up Kinect! To make sure the sensor works correctly, restart your Xbox." Hit Restart now and away you go. You can find it in Settings > Devices & connections > Kinect.

Worked well for my Kinect. My nieces really like the dance games paired with this.

I tried another brand with the kinect and it kept turning the Kinect on and off while I was playing a game. Found out it was a cheap knock off. Do not order one from link below https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07GRXJ69H/ref=sspa_mw_detail_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This one and the original one, which is way more expensive and out of print, are the only two brands that work properly. Almost every other one that’s off brand is a fake chinese knock off and will not work properly. You’ll just end up having to going through the hassle of returning it. So, good job Hyperkin.

With troubleshooting from Xbox and trying a few other converters- this one lights up but unfortunately doesn’t work. It’s not the sellers issue but something the seller should be aware of as many of these kits don’t actually work correctly or are intermittent

It's works well, very little connection issues. It just uses up a lot of bandwidth, it would be 5 stars otherwise.

I previously reviewed this product stating it worked fine, and it did. But it wasn't until 2weeks into owning and using this product, my Xbox all of the sudden stopped working. For whatever reason it fried my Xbox, I looked to see other reviews and saw 2 others talking about a power surge as well. It's frustrating that this product is allowed to be sold on here and I guess it's because in the end there's no way to contact the seller and Amazon just washes their hand buy giving you your money back but no one wants to take responsibility for your damaged console. Like the tittle says please don't product.

So in the end, yes it works and the quality is AMAZING compared to what I had. Plus, playing with kinect studio is cool as heck. 3D scanner works like a charm too. Didn't want to properly install at first, but once I made sure it was installed to the same drive as windows it worked fine (initially tried to install to another drive and wouldn't work). I've heard the chime once or twice like maybe it rebooted, like all the others I read reviews about, but only a couple times and never during recording. Great for low light rooms too btw!

Works fine for Xbox One X. Apparently you need to have the USB plugged into the port 1 on the console for it to work properly. They just need to release more Kinect games as they are quite limited as there were many in the original Kinect on the Xbox 360

Kinect v2をWin10に接続するため、Amazon.co.jpが販売している物を購入。純正品を使ったことはないが、WindowsHelloの顔認証もつかえるため、恐らく純正のアダプタと遜色ないと思われる。 VRCでのトラッキングはまだしていないので動作するかは未確認。 現時点では満足
