The media could not be loaded.  I've never heard of this brand before, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is. It has all the features one looks for in a pair of true wireless earbuds: Bluetooth 5.0, wireless charging case, Apt-X, IPX5, touch control, built-in mic, deep bass, strong sound, long play time, and surprisingly good look and well constructed. I have used it for over a month regularly. They fit my ear very comfortably (with medium-sized ear plugs) and stay securely even when I walk about or eat. The touch function works very well.Concerning sound quality, one should be aware that how well you get the sound from one's earbuds depends heavily on how well they fit in one's ears. I have a pair of Bose wired earbuds (SoundSport) which is always the gold standard I use to judge all my other earbuds. I also have a pair of Bose noise-canceling headphones (QC25), which I use to judge other headphones. Headphones are far less sensitive to how you put it on to get good sounds. With earbuds, even with my Bose SoundSport, I always wiggle them a bit every time I use it to get to the position that give me the best sound. Same with the KKUYI. It took me less than a minute to figure out the best position the first time I used it.Now, comparing the KKUYI to my Bose SoundSport after I have the best possible position with the best possible fit for both - I used "Welcome to the Machine" to compare, which has a good mix of bass, treble, and vocal. The KKUYI does have a pronounced bass as advertised. The treble and vocal are as clear and distinct as that from the Bose. However, if I loosen the fit a tiny bit, I can reduce the amount of bass coming out of the KKUYI, but that also cut down the overall volume, although I will be getting a bit more balanced bass/treble/vocal. I personally prefer the balanced bass/treble/vocal from the Bose, which does not require too much wiggling when I put it on. The Bose also reaches a bit higher on treble, but only when I listen very closely. The KKUYI is never objectionable. Overall, the sound quality from the KKUYI can match or beat any wired or wireless earbuds costing up to $50, but it doesn't beat my Bose.I really like the wireless charging feature. When being charged, the green indicator light on the case would "breath" (slowly turning on and off, see the video). When fully charged, the green light stays on (see the picture). I have used the earbuds continuously for 4 to 5 hours and the battery still goes strong without having to put them back into the case for charging.Overall, the feature set is rich, the sound quality is very good, and the workmanship beyond reproach.

Battery life is amazing. I went to sleep one time with these on, and when I woke up it was still on (needed charging). It's decently comfortable enough to lay on my bed on either side of my body and doesn't fall out when I'm lifting weights at the gym. Noise cancellation is definitely not Airpod Pro quality but you will still hear sound at a low level.For the price point, this will definitely get the job done and the 5.0 Bluetooth capability gives you a much consistent and stronger connection to your phone. I noticed that headphones that use the older 4.2 Bluetooth technology can causes music to skip intermittently when you are running or jumping, or completely drop connection. 5.0 Bluetooth technology doesn't exhibit any of those flaws.Highly recommended headphones if you're on a budget!

I baught for my doughter ans she liked them very much specially the clearity of the sound. But after 4 months the sound became almost mute. I think the problem is from the circuit malfunction of this specific item.When i informed them they they refunded me immediately. They are vey kind and they work to the customer satisfaction.

Initially I thought it was a good quality product. I was very happy to get with having charging capability with the case. But after use of few times, started to spark. Noise canceling is not really working. So, to me it’s not really a good product.

Overall this product is pretty good.Sound is perfect,easy to pair, price is reasonable and good quality .Definitly will refer my friends and family.

So far I love having these!!! They set up easy and are very convenient. I highly recommend them, plus they work with a wireless charger I got for my phone!
