LifePro Waver Vibration Plate – Full Body Vibration Fitness Machine

I have had the vibrating plate for a month and I am very pleased. It doesn't take long to get used to the sensation, starting slow and working up to a higher speed. The preset programs are useful. The remote control is great, you dont have to bend down or step off to change settings or turn off, so yoy wont loose balance. The equipment is weighty but has rollers on the base to move in to position and also suckers that secure it to floor when in use. I cannot attest to any body changes but balance and core strength improving. Would recommend for low impact excercise. Great value for money from a recognised brand.

I was looking for an alternative to press ups and ab crunches. I am not a fitness freak, I am an average middle aged bloke. I sought an alternative as I was beginning to suffer from tennis elbow, a repetitive strain injury being inflamed by the press ups. I picked this machine as it had the best and most feedback. It arrived well packed. I registered the machine with Life Pro. Soon I received an email informing me that I had a life time warranty and access to exercise and advice on the Life Pro portal. I am regularly receiving emails from Life Pro to encourage and inspire me to get on with it. The box contains the vibration deck, elastic ropes which attach to the deck and a set of elastic exercise bands, an instruction book and a quick start card. I started on level 3 with feet apart. I did ten minutes comprising three different exercises. Just doing the plank on this machine makes you ache! I am a week in and now on level 5. I have not changed my routine yet. I still ache afterwards but my posture has improved, my knees miraculously have stopped cracking when I get up. My legs and torso feels tight. Its very impressive. I have decided to improve mainly my core strength because I have a fused back vertebrae. This makes herniated discs a common occurrence. The orthopedic consultant's advice to me was brutal, I was too fat with bad posture. I was told to go away and lose 4 stone and do some planking. Improving core strength keeps all your spinal bits in place and aids bending and lifting. I have lost over 4 stone by doing a reverse meal diet. A big breakfast, smaller lunch and very little for dinner. I try to eat my last meal as early as possible ( ideally before 7pm), I then do not eat till the next day (or at least 12 hours from last meal), just drink water. If you can do this, the weight falls off easily. It becomes a life change though. Returning to late night KFC will quickly reverse all the hard work. You will lose your massive appetite. This machine has so far helped me. I walk more upright and my upper and lower torso feel taught. My elbow no longer hurts. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this machine. It is helping me. I have to buy smaller clothes now, down from a 42 waist to 36. I did put my back out doing some gardening but was pain free in just two days. Normally I wouldn't be able to walk for over two weeks. If you suffer from bad knees and back pain, don't hesitate. Keep at the exercise, you will feel taller and more flexible. It is working for me.

I have been using this for about 2/3 weeks now. I have started off slowly and am building myself up gradually. I am only level 2 at this moment. I try to do two 15 minutes sessions a day. I can't really say at this moment that my pain has reduced but it may in time as I build my strength up. I have been inactive for a long time due to illness. I feel very positive about this product as I do feel that my body is moving in ways that it hasn't for years. People have said that I look like I am losing weight so that's a big plus. Two of my friends liked my board so much they went out and bought one too. I would recommend this product.

One of the best purchases I have made. I don't go one single day without doing my 30 minutes. The quality of this vibration plate is excellent, the speeds and program variations available are very useful specially when followed with exercises using its bands that came with. Thinking to upgrade soon as I bought this a bit more than a year ago. As I don’t like to write reviews that doesn’t reflect experience of product, decided to come back after a year and leave my honest review. I haven’t had one single issue with product quality, the remote control is a staple to any vibration plate if you are thinking of buying one. I can say for sure that it promotes lymphatic drein and this was proved after missing days due to work. Its highly efficient.

Life changing. After 6 years of disability from MS I struggle to exercise how I used to, I was always fit and active, I have felt my body deteriorating these last few years and muscles becoming weak. After only 3 days I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference in my body. First few sessions felt like it was 'unsticking' the lump bits in my legs and arms and I would have a few minutes of being super itchy in the area that was vibrating! Toxins were being released as even my tattoo became raised for 5 minutes after one programme! Now when I use it I don't itch or get a raised tattoo, I have seen a marked improvement in my muscle tone. My legs and arms had become very lumpy, looking like severe cellulite, and now they look sooooo much better and its only been 3 days and 8 programmes. Made me so excited to see what results I can achieve with my limited mobility. It is quite heavy, 15kg but I can maneuver it by sliding on the tile floor and the suckers then keep it secure in place. I love this ! Really really pleased with it! I had used them years ago in a beauty salon so I knew how they worked. Ordered this after a lot of weight loss and wanting to tone up as I have a desk job for 13 hours a day! Arrived next day Easy to set up ( came with English and European plug options) An instruction book Arm pieces Various resistance bands Remote control And a cute little bag to keep them all in! I ordered the black one (the blue was my preference but black was cheaper ) It’s sooooo simple to use Only about 6 pages to read( the rest of the book was for different languages) They have made it easy and un complicated I was happy to read the few pages One website to click on and fill in details and life time warranty was set up easy again! And one page shows you how to set it going For what I want It to do I will choose a different program every day like it suggested to mix it up and let it work in different parts of my body one program 15mins so I can stand on it while tv program is on! My teenager how ever was using the resistance bands squatting lunging all sorts going on and so it will be a lot more technical if you want it to be and a section on all different exercises! But for me I stood on it for 15mins selected program 4 and away I went and could feel everything shaking about ha ha but once you get off you feel like you have been working out as all the muscles felt tighter as though I had exercised them. Simple instructions again the closer your feet the easier it felt … feet further apart you felt it more! It’s quiet heavy so I plan on leaving it next to the sofa for easy use and yes like others have said the cable to the plug socket isn’t over long It’s feels like a quality bit of kit it’s well made and they really have made it simple to use but I felt it really has a lot of power! Joking aside the teenager reported you really needed to be wearing tight underwear as if not he reported it’s quiet uncomfortable! So men beware you need your tight fitting boxers on! The same for the ladies … I wouldn’t suggest using it without a bra haha! I have only had It a few days but my opinion so far is it’s well worth the price Easy to use quality piece of kit and boy could you feel it jiggling you about and working your muscles so I’m very happy with it!

I bought this because I find walking difficult, due to a weak back, and I also have osteoporosis. My first impression was that it is large and stable and pretty heavy - 15kg. I can move it about on the carpet - just - but I could not lift it. I set it up and worked out how to operate it. This was fairly easy. I decided it was safest at my advanced age to try it first sitting on a chair, since I would certainly need to hold on to something if I stood on it. I will use the back of a heavy chair as a support in future. I used P2, one of the lowest settings and put my feel on the vibrator. Crikey! I was certainly vibrated, my legs visibly vibrating pretty fast. If one puts one's feet in the centre of the pad, the movements are gentle and easy. There is an intermediate zone and if one places one's feet at the outside of the pad, the vibrations are very strong. After 15 minutes of this, I was afraid to stand up! It felt rather like being on land again after a cruise, when one's body has adjusted to the motion of the ship and iit feels very odd to be on dry land again. I can see that, with regular use, this device will strengthen my legs and back and - I hope - it will strengthen my bones. Apparently, it also burns calories to use it, which can only be good! My one reservation. apart from the weight, is that an older or less mobile person does need to hold on to something solid for safety.

Best item I've bought in a while !! Looks and feels very good quality,handy starting giid and instructions..looking forward to using this daily ,after first use for about total of 20 mins with breaks in between as never used one before ,I honestly came down stairs this morning with less pain in my knees ,so many combinations of excersises can be done using this plate..I'm so pleased I made the choice to buy the LifePro..

Good quality medium sized ( 5-10cm longer would have been better)230V vibration plate. Vibration is strong at higher speeds. It has UK type plug, so works well in Dubai. Best suited for workout at home.

I'm very happy with this vibration plate. It arrived quickly, feels very sturdy, and is surprisingly quiet while in use. It's well made, easy to use, and works exactly as expected. Overall, it's a great piece of exercise equipment, and I'm glad I purchased it.
