Grandson loved the guitar but unfortunately the tag of the zip broke off immediately and I can't find a way of asking for just a replacement bg.

It was a Christmas gift for my grandson.

Ordered this Sat. am. & got it Sun. Teatime by standard delivery - a good start! There are quite a few negative reviews of this product but this won't be one of them. We picked a 3/4 size because of the shorter scale but mostly because of the narrower nut width - around 47mm. Compared with about 52mm. on a full-size version. These 2 things make it easier to make cord shapes. The guitar looks impressive & has no blemishes worth fussing over - anyone expecting perfection on what is essentialy a £30 guitar once you've taken off the cost of the freebies is being unrealistic. The strings take a Lot of bedding in, being both cheap And Nylon but if you take it gently & gradually they soon only need an occasional tweak to bring them back into tune. Once tuned, the action is fine at the nut end but gets a bit high by the 12th. fret & I intend to lower it at the bridge when a new set of - better - strings is needed. To be over critical of a guitar at this low price would be churlish. It compares quite favourably with a well known Yapanese entry level 3/4 size which costs 3 to 4 times the price with no extras & with no choice of finish but Piney Drab & I'd rcommend it to anyone looking for a budget guitar that looks more expensive than it is & sounds pretty decent, too.

On initial appearances this seems like quite a good deal - unfortunately, it's not!The guitar itself is reasonable, unfortunately it lacks an adjustable neck bar, which means that it's not possible to make adjustments later on in its life as the wood warps and changes.The guitar we bought about 6 months ago started 'buzzing' two months ago. The seller has agreed to take it back to have a look, but the local music shop has yesterday diagnosed it as 'a write-off' because of 'neck back-bow'. The guitar has not been stored oddly, or next to heat sources.The back bow could have been fixed by adjusting the neck bolt, but this guitar is too cheap to have one.Really - my advice if you don't want to be buying a second guitar a few months later, is to buy a more expensive guitar to start with.These guitars are not fit for purpose, even if the purpose is *very* light use.

The media could not be loaded.  Guitar arrived with the first string and second string swapped. Also the bridge is unfortunately visibly coming away from the body, looks like whoever strung it up in the factory forced the 2nd string all the way upto high e and the bridge couldn't take it. Will probably break in the next few days under normal pressure.For context you are not supposed to be able to force your fingernail in between the bridge and the body.Video shows it with 2 of the strings not even strung as im changing them to the correct positions.

The guitar itself is good but I had to buy new strings since the ones fitted stretched and detuned all the time

Bought this for my 7yo daughter in blue as a 1st guitar. Arrived quickly, no issues and in v good condition. Had to string and tune, but again no issues as came with a handy tuner so ready to go in 20 mins. Included a case also. Haven't tried the free lessons yet (received the link separately via email) but as an overall package I can't find fault, and the quality of this guitar is very good for the price and great for someone starting out.

Brought for my son's 8th Birthday.The digital tuner is handy.Lovely blue finish.
