An absolute flop, nothing like the picture. Awful cheap materials, no comfort and the shape doesn't hold, I was led to think the zipped ends would create more of a frame to hold the shape.

So my puppy wouldn’t go inside to sleep but loves it converted to an open bed (although it is sat under a table) . The pillow is soft and clearly a comfy place to sleep. Would recommend

Bought for my Shih-tzu, size fits well for this sized dog. Came vacuum packed which in my opinion damages the structure of the bed as although the bed is “made” it dips in the middle, like it’s lost it shape. Not very thick bedding cushion, would need additional cushions/blankets.

Our cat was a little apprehensive at first, but he's an odd one. When he got used to it, it's now become difficult to keep him out of it. I would recommend putting something that smells familiar to the cat in it at first, just to make it easier.

Lovely kennel. Bigger than expected but decided to keep it as it is excellent value for money Not washed it yet but ap far I am happy with it .

I bought this for my guinea pigs, I have 4 and they all snuggle up together inside it. It's fully washable, keeps drafts out and they love it.

Ideal for sausage dog sized cat but not your average sized cat unless you use it flattened out I think if it’s for an average size cat go for medium
