Is this suitable for use on cctv dome covers to eliminate water spots which distort the image?

Whilst I have never tried it on CCTV cameras I suspect it’s unlikely to help. I have use it on my scooter windscreen and the rain only seems to disperse when I am going fast as it is the wind that pushes the water off. I find it better than not having it but only just.

Would this be okay to use on car headlights?
