Morningstar Farms The Veggie Burger Cookbook

I am VERY disappointed with this book! You will not learn how to make veggie burgers, just how to use ready Morningstar Farms Veggie Products. I would like to return it but the shipping cost from Poland equals to the price of this book so it does not pay.

After checking this book out from the library, I had to buy a copy to own. The recipes in this book can be used with Morningstar, or any other brand of vegi burger. They recipes are easy to prepare, and all the ones I have tried so far have turned out great. Recipe books sponsored by major brands such as Morningstar Farms tend to be well researched and tested, and this book is no exception. I highly recommend this book to vegans (many recipes can be adapted easily), vegetarians, and flexitarians who just want to eat vegetarian or vegan a couple of times a week.

Each recipe on its own page, full details with options; then adjoining page showing almost full-size juicy results -- it's "Morning Star"'s frozen products put to juicy gourmet recipes -- a couple dozen different burgers & sandwiches, then several salads, then mixed-in with everything from soups, burritos, tacos, pastas, wraps, frittata, quesadilla, lasagnas, grilled casserole, & my favorite, a Mexican Supreme Pizza....

Interesting recipes but not alot and most arent very creative and all are already premade. No actual burger pattie recipe. Quite Disappointing if your looking for burger patties, freshly made burgers. The right book for you if you want premade, store bought and to just assemble.

GOOD BOOK BY MORNINGSTAR. GOOD IDEAS TO GET YOU OFF AND RUNNING.
