Size guide and returnable policy misleading
size guide mentioned is misleading ,the product is much smaller in size. The products description says that it is 10 days returnable. But when I try the customer care team says that it is not returnable and not refundable. So basically customer is stuck with a product which is useless and also lost so much money. This is cheating somebody who is going through physical pain and trauma. Horrible experience.

Product doesn’t fit me
I had earlier ordered a medium size as suggested in the attached size chart with the product since my shoe size is UK9. Post I placed the order I got a call from the merchant the next day and they suggested that I should go for size L since the chart is not correct. I have received the product and the brace doesn’t fit since it’s loose. I need a smaller size but I am not getting a return or refund option with this product. What should I do?

May have been used. Product was not sealed.
The product was not sealed with a dirty cello tape on the box. No way to know if this had been used or not.
