Great tasting and does the job
Great alternative to electrolyte taste good and super easy to chew and replenish your vitamins/salt levels

They taste awful but they’re the only thing that helps with my pots when I’m on the go and have no liquid IV

Effective but gross
The item is affective for providing electrolytes but the taste and the chalky texture was not pleasant. I had the watermelon. I will say I tasted a hint of nice watermelon flavor at first but it went downhill from there.

My family loves these
We live in Colorado and it gets so dry. I love these for my tween girls who never drink enough water. Flavor was good. A little chalky but to be expected and the aftertaste doesn’t linger!

less electrolyte per dollar than I thought
The description of this product made me think I was going to receive 10 packets, but I only received one with 10 tablets. The tablets are designed to substitute for drinking water with electrolytes, and the instructions suggest taking more than one/hr to keep electrolytes up while doing sports -- each tablet doesn't contain a lot of electrolytes. That makes this option much lower on the electrolyte / $ scale than I had thought. Doesn't mean it wouldn't make sense for some people though.

These are amazing! So hydrating and they taste and smell amazing! My only complaint would be affordability. I don’t think I can afford to buy them regularly.

Tastes terrible
Watermelon flavour tastes like salty watermelon candy mixed with Italian salad dressing. It's disgusting. I have had the orange before and it was pretty good. I would never get these watermelon ones again.

Effective and easy to take!
These absolutely saved my run and I'll never do a marathon without! So much easier than chugging water and hoping to avoid a cramp. Definitely need to drink some to wash the chewable down (like a less chalk-y Tums), but the taste isn't bad and they're super effective. Saved me in about 4 marathon/course runs this year!

Why have I not purchased these sooner I do not know! Don’t doubt yourself. Just get them. Taste nice, good on tummy and work straight away.

Not my favourite flavour of these but it did stop my legs cramping up on long runs, so still good.
