Q: This looks like it would have enough lift to make me float flying squirrel style does it?

The hoodie is definitely oversized, but that’s what makes it unique. It will fit over top of other layers, plus it is super warm. I love mine!

Q: Is the black cat version still over-sized? It looks significantly smaller, and I am a round person.

I ordered a unicorn one for my daughter and it was extremely oversized and fluffy and warm. So I ordered myself a cat one and it was quite a bit smaller, I bet the sleeves are 6" shorter than hers and definitely not as roomy inside. Kind of disappointed really.

I got kids one size fits all and my granddaughter loved it

Q: Is the pouch fluffy and warm and is there another smaller pouch inside the large pouch ?

The pocket is large and fluffy on the inside - same material as the outside. The inner pocket is also of the same material and will hold a phone or a pack of smokes.
