The media could not be loaded. I got this Zumimall Door Bell with Chime on April 2021. It worked prefect at the very beginning with Battery operation mode. Later on I decided to go with Hard-wired operation mode. As mentioned on the given menu, it can be worked from 12-24V DC. I first checked on the wires the voltage to make sure it is in the range. However, issues occurred. The wi-fi signal is so weak that it always tells me "offline" on the App. Sometimes it didn't send me alerts. The doorbell didn't sound although it had been perfectly paired with the chime. Then I switched back to battery operation mode. It works okay for a while and then problems occurred again. At last, the device is dead.During this period of time, I keep sharing my problems with the customer service by emails and the reply or answer come in quick. I am so appreciate on such kind of after service from the team.The customer service is so nice that sending a new doorbell to me which arrives in 3 days. Then I test this new device by adding it into Zumimall App on smartphone. It is super easy to add a doorbell onto the App. Just follow the instruction and your smartphone will be added. The next step is to pair it with the Chime. Again it is super easy. Just follow the instruction and you will be done. All it is done under battery operation mode. A fully charged Battery can last for a month at least depend on how busy the bell is.To skip charging the battery all the time, it is still installed on the corner of the 2 walls, I decide to go "Hard-wired". Be sure the doorbell is installed on a position the wi-fi signal is strong. The bell works okay and so do the chimes. When you watch Live video, an icons indicated the level of the battery of the bell is very low with a charging arrow. The captured photos are so cleared and sharp in HD mode. I really like this device and highly recommended.

This is very dependable and reliable product. I purchased this product three years ago. Installation was fairly simple and straight forward. Camera still functioning well recording pictures and videos. App is being updated very frequently to address errors and new android OS compatibility. Vendor keep updating firmware as well. The user has choice to their cloud storage service or build-in memory and extra micro-SD card slot. This is very convenient and cost-effective as well. The unit will auto delete older pictures/videos when memory getting full or the user can also do. This unit works well in colder and hotter temperatures. The batteries are rechargeable and can done with the unit. No need to have separate charger.As unit is getting older in my case three years, batteries need to be replaced. Also sometimes, the app does not show alarms rather a blank screen. Restart of mobile will reset the issue.Most importantly the seller is very responsive and answer your questions/concerns and address any technical issues within 24 – 48 hours.Over all this is great product and wonderful customer service and support. I strongly recommend based on my three years of direct product usage experience.Now the vendor has new upgraded product, TIEJUS Doorbell Camera Wireless with Chime, by ZUMIMALL.Recently, I bought this product will review soon.

This was easy to install! It takes great video and still photos and the chime options aren't all garish like many chimes these days. My only issue is the delay from doorbell to my phone ring. By the time I answer (for package delivery) the person is actually gone. No big, but slightly annoying

So this is my first doorbell camera and it was a bit confusing for me at first. But it ended up being incredibly easy. First, Zumimal's cameras are incredibly easy to sync up to the app. Once it was synced, and charged mine came with 60%life although they do recommend charging it before use, it was a breeze to set the rest up. Mounted the bracket then inserted the doorbell and screwed it in to secure it and DONE! The app is easy to use as well. The talk back function is super clear. really easy to hear and have a conversation with the person inside and the person outside.The App controls basically everything. The strength of the motion detection, the sync up for the included chime, the volume for the talk back, this is important cause we couldn't figure out how to make the volume outside louder til we found that setting. Overall I am a big fan. It has replaced a more traditional camera for the front door which is great, and you get a notification like a call on screen when the doorbell is rung so you can answer it from your phone right there. The ONLY con for me is the chime. It has to be plugged into USB to be powered and it isn't micro usb its a full size make connection. luckily I have some old usb extenders and some lower powered usb plugs to keep it plugged in full time otherwise it would be pretty useless for me to use. It does not work with Alexa either unfortunately.But overall though I really like it! It is cheaper than Ring and some others, the picture quality is fantastic as well. You can definitely do worse but unless you are looking for a smart home based system revolving around Alexa or Google Home I don't know if you can do much better especially when you include the Price.
