I recently purchased this universal adapter for an international trip, and it worked very well throughout my travel. One of its best features is the ability to charge multiple devices simultaneously, which was very convenient. After a few days of use, I experienced a minor issue with the adapter. I contacted customer support, and their response was excellent. They were professional, helpful, and promptly arranged a replacement. The new adapter works perfectly. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the product quality and the after-sales service. Highly recommended for travelers.

The plug is not very BIG Size it is REGULAR size adapter. Working good for me . Just dont think it can be used for large plug sizes. Small size one

Adapter is made of good quality. It's not compatible with most of the plugs. It's easy to use and fit perfectly in the socket. It's a bit expensive 😔 compare to the product.

Took a recent family trip from the USA (where we live) to France and Germany. I bought these adapters specifically because my wife had bought a 250V hearing pad for the bed when we last went to the UK. I didn’t want to buy another one, so I wanted our adapters to work for our US devices and the for the UK plug. These are a solid fit, and also work perfectly in the slightly-different Germany and France plugs. Overall, as advertised, and plan to use them in return trips.

This is our favorite adapter for international travel. The earlier version of the M8, which is only slightly different, worked for us in a wide variety of countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This new design keeps all the good features of the prior version and contains a few improvements. The two USB ports are really handy, allowing you to charge two cell phones or other small electronics without bringing along anything more than a USB cable for each. This leaves the main outlet free for to simultaneously power something with larger requirements, like a laptop. The bright color makes it hard to miss in the hotel room when you're packing up. As some others have noted, the box it comes in is not very substantial, and looked kind of beaten up by the time we received it. Nonetheless, the adapter itself is sturdy and arrived in great shape.
