Laser Measure, 230ft/70m Bluetooth Laser Distance Measuring Device M/in/Ft, Backlit, Electronic Level, Pythagorean/Area/Volume, USB Charge, with Floor Plan APP Android & iOS

The application on Android does not work. At least not for Pixel 3. There's a weird error because it's communicating with a non-secure communication route that my phone rejects. The physical laser measurement works fine. But the reason why I bought it was because it has a Bluetooth connectivity option. Since that doesn't actually work with anything except for its own app then because its own app doesn't work there's no point in owning this or paying extra for Bluetooth capability. I do like the fact that it has a lithium battery that charges that's kind of cool and it does measure things further away than most laser measurement devices I've had. But it's still is practically useless for its main reason why I got it which is the floor application.

Received the device work has needed by itself. I was by this more expensive unit for the BT connect, but when I downloaded the App in order to use the BT the required access to manage phone (dialer)and phonebook on my device has well pictures also. Sorry I don't see the need for these Permissions so it went back

Amazon should remove this product as it is useless without the app and it's impossible to register the app!!!

Did not perform like I needed could not add areas together could not find the app for it

The app that thos device uses is longer available to download and use.

I very upset because I can not download the app for android... it does not exist
