Helped me send my first 5.13
I bought this for a really sharp kneebar on a project I was working that would tear through my pants or cut up my legs. My belay partner had this pad and I tried it out, figured after some light research that it would be fine to purchase one for myself. I’ve used Send pads and this is pretty comparable. I really enjoy the Velcro to help secure the pad prior to fastening to G-hook closures. The material inside however isn’t the most durable, mines already starting to come apart after only a month of use. Overall for the price I’d recommend, just be mindful that if you’re using these often, they may not last as long as you’d like. Also, pad surface isn’t the largest, if you need a lot of coverage you’ll likely need to look for another pad.

Sizing
Definitely a bouldering knee pad. It’s about the same size and thickness of the Send mini

Maybe good if you are 5’ with super skinny legs
Not good coverage for lots of knee at situations. Slips a lot even when ratcheted down super tight. Too think for any sensitivity.Just pay the $$ and buy a send pad. Seems much better in just about every situation I’ve compared them in

Best Knee Pad on the Market
The media could not be loaded. I received my new Ucraft knee pad and couldn't be happier with the design and performance. I immediately put it to the test on Stone Forts classic boulder problem, Super Mario~V4 and Red House Extension~V7. The results were outstanding! Not only does the Ucraft knee pad protect your knee from getting tore up by the rock, but its super comfortable, lightweight, and secure. I literally forgot I even had it on compared to other knee pads on the market. It attaches using Velcro and two hook straps (Crash pad type of strap closure) that could be tightened on the fly. The meat and potatoes is definitely the 7x7 sticky rubber area that takes the bite while you chalk up and/or rest in preparation to send your project. It also comes with a net pouch for easy storage. I highly recommend purchasing this knee pad and adding it to your climbing arsenal if your in the market for a quality knee pad that wont break the bank. Happy Sending!

Best knee pad on the market!
Okay so I just recently got my knee pad in the mail and I am in LOVE. I own a Send brand knee pad already, and I really love it because I am completely addicted to knee bars. Well this pad just blew my send pad out of the water. Just like the Send pad, it has moderately thick, sticky rubber on top. It also has the grippy material on the underside, which helps keep it in place. Unlike the small Send pad, this is only $49 with free shipping! Compared to the Send's $69! What makes this deal even sweeter is that there are things about the Ucraft knee pad that I think are even better. For starters, the velcro. This was an absolutely genius addition because it helps keep the pad in place while you hook and tighten the straps. The straps are really easy to tighten and loosen. The only thing that could possibly be improved upon are the lengths of the straps. I could see a smaller person with skinner legs having a little trouble making it tight enough, and there is a lot of excess strap, but this is easily solved by just tucking them in.Overall this is an amazing product at an incredible price! I wish I had more knees so I had an excuse to buy more!
