Does it come with a changer?

No it does not but any mini charging plug (USB) will work. The battery life is good 8-9 hours but have never gotten 10 hours of use. FYI

My galaxy s9 phone doesn't see the earbud, so how do i get the faq guidance?

hi, the earbud can pair with galaxy s9. Please have a try again according to the following steps: press button about 3-5 seconds until you hear "ready to pair”， blue and red light blinking by turns, it's ready to pair, or it can't be found by your phone. If it can't help you, you could apply for return at your order page.

Can you actually see them in your ear? are the invisible two other people?

Yes others can see the Bluetooth
