Great diagonal cutters/side cutters. use these for helping cut door strikes on metal commercial doors. these cutters surpass the original non compound designed cutters tremendously. these pliers require far less strength to make the same cuts i was making before, these cutters are also much stronger and rubust compared to a competing brands hand tools that the cutters actually broke trying to cut the same material that these cut with ease. Will be looking into the compound needle nose pliers next

I bought these cutters for a big fencing project on my farm and they worked better than I expected. The biggest advantage is the spring action. After each cut, the jaws automatically open again, which means I do not have to pry them apart by hand after each cut. When you are cutting a lot of wire mesh fencing, that feature alone feels like a lifesaver. Like other Dewalt hand tools, these do the job. The double action, makes cutting much easier on thicker things. I bought these to go in my boat for emergency hook cutting. I sprayed 3 coats of clear coat on them, as a rust preventer. The other reviewers talk about the lock not working well.......it seems decent to me. If your using the lock constantly, perhaps I'd have an issue too. I don't plan to, so I will update if that's another issue. The cutters are decent sharp, and hardened. Overall, I'd recommend these.

This is a hardy compound wire cutter. However the cutting jaws do not mate as well as they should. 22 GA wire is not cut through. Larger wire is cut just fine. The cuing edges do not meet. They bypass each other by 0.5mm. I am keeping it, but I would not give as a gift.

I used these to open Pokémon PSA slabs to send in for regrading. I was able to do about 20 very easy. I’m sure they would work for other stuff. The grip is very smooth and feels high quality. They are solid steel with rubber grips so the durability is great. For the price the value is there. Overall a good deal.

These pliers are efficient. They cut very good and have a spring back motion to make cutting through wires very easy. I’ve been using them to cut through 14 gauge tortoise fence and they work great I am very pleased!

too ages to be delviered only wanted as everything else i have is dewalt. nice spring action the locking latch sometimes locks when snipping slightly annoying.

I have arthritis and it is hard to find a snip that will cut the flower and foliage stems but this in It the stems cuts very easily
