Cheap and they just work!
Have used these a few times now - I don’t see a reason to pay more. They just work, and are easy to use. You do need a power source, but work great.

I was silly and didn’t realise the cap.
It literally says in the title that it has a 100mbps cap, but i didn’t realise and was disappointed when it arrived, as i was only getting max of 92.2mbps before it caved and dropped to about 80mbps. Other than that its a good plug play switch!

inexpensive, next day delivery, just works
Very small and neat. Used it with my TENDA Nova MW3 mesh system to expand the number of ethernet outlets, as the Nova only has 2 per node. The Nova is a remote unit, not the node attached to the router. Nevertheless it worked perfectly as soon as the wires were plugged in. Very pleased. It's only 100 speed, not gigabit, but that's OK for me as the Nova works at that speed too.

Useful for multi-computer setups ,paricularly with Powerline home networks
I have 3 computers and a hub in my home office. The CCTC camera signals from my security system are also processed here, via ethernet. There is a smart TV upstairs, well out of the range of wifi. I use powerline to get the signal from my router to the TV (ethernet over mains wiring). My old router had 4 ethernet ports and did the job. My new one only has 3. This gadget was the perfect solution.

Brilliant eth switch
Brilliant Ethernet switch small easy to install and well made. Boosts signal as I tested my broadband speed before installing and got 53mb/s and then connected my 3 PC's ran the test again and got 59mb/s so yeah doesn't drop signal. Well worth the price.

Needs a mains power supply
I run an ethernet cable from my router through the house, upstairs, and in to my home office to my laptop, using a Smart TV as a monitor. I use the TV to stream catch-up services sometimes, but occasionally encounter buffering. I thought that as I had an ethernet connection in the room anyway, I could use this small device to connect the TV via ethernet as well. It's compact (about 8cm x 4.5cm x 2cm) with small green lights to indicate that it's working, and seems to do the intended job adequately. However, there are a couple of features that I am disappointed with (I appreciate that I may not have understood when I purchased it): 1) It needs a mains power supply. I never realised that it would need to be powered and I have a shortage of power outlets to use. 2) The power input is on the short edge, with the ethernet sockets along the long edge. This means that I can't quite tuck it right in to the corner of my desk. If I did, the ethernet cables would get in the way (see attached photo). I would prefer for all the sockets to be on one edge (even if the unit would need to be longer to accommodate them). I guess that's why the manufacturer makes it the way it does (so it's cheaper to make and transport). On the whole, I'm pleased with it and it serves its intended purpose well.

Product met the expectations but if the power module is USB to power connector it will be more beneficial to carry out onsite work

Small Compatible - Easy Installation No more software setup - Just plug and play My non technical friend setup easily in one time.

Compact. Does the job without any fuss. Price could be lower considering the 100Mbps speed limitation.
