I love this color so much great for my cool skin tone
This will be my go to color, I love it so much. If you're covering greys do a 30 minimum develop time. Get wella 20v developer for best results.

BEAUTIFUL color 🤎
As someone who’s attended cosmetology school I’ve always dyed my hair myself for over a decade now & I’ve always used Wella color. My hair was previously lightened to a level 7 copper color. I laid this color on top with a 29 developer and I always get compliments on my hair color. It’s the perfect rich chocolate brown. Will continue to use this product. (Just as a FYI: I have really thick long hair all the way down to my back and I use 2 bottles for one application.)

Colour did not turn out as expected
Updated August 2025 — be prepared for a VERY STRONG smell — I highly recommend to you. This is a highly ventilated area. Again had the same issue. I had a couple years ago. Despite following all the instructions and removing the darker hair color… I put on medium brown and it came out black. I bought this a few years ago - I had removed the previous dark colour from my hair so had a lighter base (with gray roots), and used the colour Cinnamon with 20 volume developer, expecting a medium-brownish-red. The colour ended up practically the same as before I removed the original (dyed) colour. I’m sure there is a technical explanation for this, but disappointed that after all the effort, we ended back at square one with hair in better condition, which is something I guess!
