It’s very hard to put on the pencil. It doesn’t cover the entire pencil.

This little silicone case protects Apple Pencil and iPad from scuffs (due to charging method). I am able to charge Apple Pencil through this case with no problem. I keep the nib cover on as well, and can write just fine!!! Love this product. Will repurchase.11.11.19 ETA:The nib cover now falls off and the pencil slides down inside the case while writing. Disappointed. -1 star

The purple color is nice, but the sleeve is too short for the Apple Pencil 2. I tried to stretch it down closer to the tip but it immediately creeps back up to the original short position leaving the pencil exposed. Photos from the product do not show this problem.There is an inch of space from the bottom of the sleeve to the line where the nib attaches to the pencil. Really disappointed that it isn’t as expected.Rubber also collects all specs of dust and fabric making it look dirty. 😏

When I first got the sleeve a couple days ago I actually thought is a fairly decent product until I realized my pencil wouldn’t charge. I found the magnetic adhesion to be fairly strong in fact.I tried several times to reinstall the sleeve and even tried repositioning the pencil on the iPad to no avail. . It didn’t really matter what I did the pencil would not charge.If you have a second generation Apple Pencil this is not a good product. If you only need or want to case I suspect it will be fine

It looks the same after a year of use as the first!It glows as advertised with minimal charging.If you like the tip covered, there is a gap so that may affect your experience but I use it without the tip. I like that it protects the pencil from falls, being banged around purses, etc. It also has been helpful with thickening the pencil as I have issues with grip from carpal tunnel.It works great, charges fine and is even slim enough to fit in my sketch board. I have recommended this product to friends with new ipads.

Returned like 4 other pencil cases cause I just didn’t find the one. I love the textured sides and the color. I was looking for like a turquoise blue but decided to go for a blue gray because it matched my ipad case more. The case fit snug at first but now that I’ve been using it a lot, it’s kind of loose and moves around but I don’t mind cause I love the case. My pencil doesn’t charge when I have both the ipad case and the pencil case on but it charges when it’s just the apple case.To the person who said it was very hard to put on, it’s a 2nd generation design for a 2nd generation pencil and you’re trying to put it on a 1st generation pencil. The hole isn’t suppose to hold the cap from the 1st gen, it supposed to show the “Apple pencil” on the 2nd gen pencil.

I love the color of this sleeve—blue! I would buy again. However, the sleeve does slide up the pencil when I’m use but it’s not a big deal because you can easily reposition it. The cap for the pencil tip fell off and is lost so I don’t have it anymore. The pencil still magnetizes to the iPad with the sleeve on. I took away one star only because it was too easy to lose the tip and the sleeve slide up the pencil. Otherwise, I’m happy with this purchase.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought this for when I’m drawing so my finger isn’t rubbing against the pencil for hours. Works great but I have to take it off to put the pencil in the case with my iPad.
