I’ve been using this memory foam knee pillow for a few weeks now, and it has made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. As a side sleeper, I used to wake up with hip and lower back discomfort, but this pillow keeps my knees properly aligned and takes pressure off my joints. The memory foam is firm enough to hold its shape throughout the night, but still soft and comfortable. It doesn’t go flat like regular pillows, which is a huge plus. I also like that it stays in place pretty well—I’m not constantly readjusting it every time I move. Another bonus is that the cover is soft and easy to remove and wash, which keeps everything feeling fresh. It’s a simple product, but it really does what it’s supposed to do. Overall, if you’re a side sleeper dealing with discomfort or just looking for better alignment while you sleep, this knee pillow is definitely worth trying.

I initially purchased this for side sleeping as my right foot was going numb when sleeping on my back. It was/is a little too firm. What worked out is that I am now using it under my calf, and this has eliminated the numbness. I have an appointment, a second opinion with a neurosurgeon regarding a pinched nerve in my back. So, I'll end with, this is the purchase you want to make.

Works well and seems to be well made. However, The 5" claimed measurement for the height of the the pillow is misleading in that it actually measured only 4". For that reason I gave it a 4-star rather than a 5-star rating.

Dual purpose and great on both! Not only does my knees and hips love this pillow, but so does my neck. It fits perfectly as a pillow for my bad neck, and with the hole in the middle, I can hear my podcast at night when I put phone under it. Sidesleepers, it snugs up between your shoulder and neck perfectly or cradles your head in the middle for good neck support. If I had anything negative to say, the strap may be too long for someone with smaller thigh. There is an extender included, but it could probably be slightly smaller. I may have to buy another one so I can use it on knee and neck at the same time!

I bought this knee pillow and while it was comfortable to sleep with, I think it was just thick enough that it actually gave me some back problems. I had to return it.

TBH I thought this was another fake fad, but I was fed up with waking up in agony every night & popping pils like candy, so I decided to take a gamble. I'm really glad I did. The first couple of nights the pain eased & by the third night I slept all night without any pain when I turned over. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and haven't had hip pain at night. And it is far less cumbersome than it looks. the adjustable strap keeps it in place all night. It definitely helped me.

I have so much pain from the Siatic nerve , I’m always looking for ways to alleviate it, especially at night. This seemed like a possibility but sadly not for me. It’s not large in size and that would be ok I guess but the straps are uncomfortable. If the Velcro isn’t meeting exactly it is quite and irritating on that soft skin. Also, if you have to get up at night it’s impossible to walk with strapped to your inner thigh. If you can manage that it’s probably going to fall down because the leg changes shape from lying down to standing. I’m disappointed.

This works fairly well for my hip dysplasia/sciatica when I sleep on my side, had been unable to sleep on my most comfortable side since tweaking my hip & have a long wait to get into MD. Having probs with pressure spots on other hip/back so important that I have a third sleeping option. This does the job, though I do wish it was a bit thicker at the thinnest end, it seems to compress completely flat by morning time, especially at the knee. I love the fact that it straps to one leg as I have mobility issues and it’s hard for me to position a pillow between my knees when I’m in bed

I really would recommend for this product. Good row material is excellent. The adjustable Leg strap with extension is strong ( Good row material). I mean that the material it is made of ...is kind of strong and does not wear out with the passage of time
