The drawing board is a parallel motion board. So no it doesn't have a T square. Horizontal lines by using the ruler that moves up and down the board via system of pulleys and wires which keeps the ruler parallel. Vertical lines are drawn using a 45 or 60/30 degree set square set on the ruler. I hope this answers your question.
