Yes. The company is American but moved to Mexico over 6 years ago. I don't know if they moved back but all in all it is still an American company.

Q: What happened to Corona? They used to be the Cadillac of hand tools?

Nothing happened, just using Cadillac as any kind of "durable" or "practical" pretense makes no sense. Corona still is "grade A" quality despite being sourced from China...but what isn't these days. I'm pretty sure 95% of your "Cadillac grade" parts come from China so really, to me, this brand hand tool will out last me at least.
