I have old Croscill patterns for my bedspread sets in both my master bedroom and guest room (Townhouse and Dunhill). While they still look good, it has been hard to find the sheets in those patterns in recent years, and when I do, they are often expensive. I opted to replace my worn out sheets with solid burgundy sheets instead.I bought 1200 Thread Count Queen 4pc Bed Sheet Set Egyptian Quality Deep Pocket Burgundy and have been so pleased with them, I've purchased four sets - one for each bed and two spare sets. They match both Croscill patterns well and look wonderful.The sheets are thin, but very soft and extremely nicely priced. They've worn well with weekly washings over the years, never fading or wearing thin.The deep pockets fit my pillowtop mattresses perfectly, and they don't come off the corners no matter how much I toss and turn at night.

To begin with, the sheets definitely are not as dark red as the picture shows. That being said, I got these sheets after I had spent the night at a friends and was amazed at how comfortable her sheets were. I've never gotten fancy sheets and for the cost I thought I couldn't go wrong. They weren't QUITE as soft as I was expecting but maybe a couple more washes will change that. I'm somewhat skeptical that these are actually 1200 thread count, but for the price I can't complain. They are definitely nicer than the ones I had on my bed before.

I have to say that I have not had the opportunity to use these sheets yet but have opened them to feel the fabric! It feels like these will be so soft and comfortable I can't wait to put them to use! The color is so bold and a perfect burgundy color they look like they will be a dream to use! I have never bought sheets by the thread count but have heard that the higher the thread count the softer...higher the quality of sheet you will be getting. I bought a different set due to our new bed arriving before the sheets would get here and didn't have a set I could use unless I used ones that I bought locally. I'll be saving these sheets for when the ones I use first are being washed for a backup set! This should be a treat!

I received the sheets very fast. And the sheets were incredibly soft. They are lighter (redder) than they appear in the picture. Unfortunately the wrong size was sent to us but the return process was beyond easy and very fast. I chose not to get the correct size since the color was not quite what I was looking for. I was refunded without question and again was very quick and easy. Very happy with the store that was responsible for this product.

I purchased these sheets for my mom and dad. They were in need of some new ones and when we saw these on amazon, we decided to get them. The deal was a steal, but the S&H was outrageous. That's where they get you, but they are still much cheaper than other sheets and you CANNOT get the quality and feel of these sheets for this price anywhere else. These sheets are slightly brighter I think than the picture, but of course no color in a picture is identically the same as it is in person. The feel is wonderful! They are soooo soft! I wish that I would have ordered these sheets for my husband and I instead of spending more money on sheets that were not as soft. I would recommend these, just know that the shipping and handling fees are what gets you. All in all, a good buy!

While still too new to determine how well the sheets will wear over time, they are soft, comfy and the color is very rich. There was no noticeable fading when I washed them before putting them on my bed, they fit the deep pocket mattress quite well and have stayed in place very well. I anticipated some rubbing off of color since it so dark, but the white mattress pad underneath shows no sign of color transfer. Will definitely buy more at this price!

I bought these sheets because my mom always swore by high thread count egyptian cotton sheets. the sheets she had were always super soft and the fabric was much less "cheap" feeling. Anyway these sheets are really soft but the material is kinda flimsy/light/thin and these sheets are pretty much made exclusively of synthetic material. I guess I thought egyptian sheets were all made similarly. anyway for the price they are not to shabby and they are soft. oh and i was sent the incorrect colour. i wanted burgundy and i received black, at least they sent me the only other color i would have possibly settled with.

One of the main reasons I use Amazon is because they have excellent reviews. For some silly reason, I purchased these without reading a single one. I must have been distracted or something, I have no idea. Anyways... these are not Egyptian cotton. They are a polyester microfiber blend (and it does say so in the description, so I'm not faulting the manufacturer). They are great for the winter, because they will keep you warm. Since they aren't cotton, they aren't breathable and therefore not comfy to sleep in during the summer. I would not advise buying these if you want to use them year-round.
