Please make Tamilnadu Andhra flavour sambhar too, hot & sour type . One star less because this Karnataka Udipi recipe with some sugar .

Makes Sambar preparation a breeze. Consistency of the Sambhar is medium for the liquid quantity mentioned [1200 ml] [Neither thick nor watery]. ADD Sambhar mix vegetables for the real taste
