It didn't work from the start, I requested a return more than two weeks ago and nobody came, any help?

They won't help you if its our of their time frame for returns. Whether or not you used them. They don't care!

Are the lights safe to use on a Cot canopy?

I would choose a battery supply, but you can still use the mains via a "Safety Extra Low Volage" adaptor that is integral to the lighting package. Nowadays LED's are the in-thing and are generally accepted as the safest use of electricity

what is the spec. of power supply?

These are mains functioning and have numerous settings from twinkle to stationary, I have them up all the time, so going strong after a year
