what do the dimensions refer to, the 68mm - diameter? what is the 103 the frame or the axil end to end? Thanks

I don't have th BB on me, so I can't put my calipers to it. But I believe the 68mm dimension is the axial length from the out-facing end of the threaded housing (the splined face) to its corresponding counterpart. The 103mm is the overall length of the unit, tip-to-tip. Hope this helps.
