Easy to use, perfect for a desk at work. I like the different brightness settings and shades of light. It’s also very portable.

I loved this light, it is quite powerful and has 3 shades of light. Perfect to take on a trip and does not take up much space. It doesn't look like it's going to break easily either, so you can take it in your card or suitcase with confidence.

Sorry for the long video review but I am comparing this lamp to 2 other ones and I hope it answers all your questions. This is a very good lamp, and works as advertised, I particularly like the ability to change light temperature and of course brightness levels, I'm not a fan of the on light button personally and it is not as bright as either of the 10k lux or the other 15k lux I tested and compared to. I planned to use this as a wake up light as my bedroom is very dark in the mornings and I have a sleep condition for which direct sunlight or a very bright light in the morning helps. Unfortunately, they don't have a turn on timer and testing with a smart plug doesn't turn the lamp back on (nor any of the other two tested). Hope this helped.

I was very happy with how quickly I got my order. I ordered the Veralux light on Saturday and it was delivered Sunday afternoon. The set-up was easy. The quality of the light is great, and the stand is very sturdy. There are several settings for brightness, and it’s easy to click through them using the buttons. You can select white, natural or warm light as five different dimming options. You can also set a timer for 10,20,30, or 60 minutes. Your preferred settings will be saved. One thing did confuse me. The light has a USB cable which connects to an AC/DC adapter which plugs into an electrical outlet, so it looks like you could plug the light in and charge it like a phone or iPad. The light also has a notch on the back to hang it on a wall or in a cubicle. So that further confirmed my suspicion that you could charge the light, and then use it without having it plugged in. This is not the case. The light does not work unless it is plugged into a standard 100-240V AC electrical outlet. I am not sure how that would work if you wanted to hang it on the wall or on a cubicle wall at work. I bought the light to see if using it in the morning might make me less tired in the afternoon during the dark winter months. The first day I used it for 10 minutes. I did not notice being less tired in the afternoon but that could be because I was babysitting my granddaughter that day and didn’t have time to notice if I was tired. I used it the next two days for 20 and 30 minutes respectively and did indeed notice that I was not yawning at 4:00 pm.

The light itself functions well, but the power supply cable fits poorly in the light's power receptacle and doesn't make good connection. We have had to clamp the cable in place to use the lamp.

Season and time change are a big struggle for me. I’m a sunshine, California girl who moved to the south and has 4 distinct seasons now. When the time changes and it gets dark early or it’s dreary outside and I can’t see the sun for days at a time I’m not a happy person. This light has been so great! I’m not entirely sure how, but it helps me to feel better like I’ve spend the day outside in the sun! The touch controls work well and I love the different color temperature options. It easily sits on a table or next to me on the floor.

This item quit working properly about 2 months after I bought it so of course I can’t return it. It only works if you have the power cord propped up just so. Do not waste your money!!!
