Disliked Amazon's delivery --package was in shambles. It seems I am seeing more and more smashed up and broken or opened packages from Amazon lately. Not happy.

Even better than what I was hoping for!
I bought this as a fan of Ninjago, and I am far from disappointed. Lloyd arrived promptly, well-packaged, and was perfectly as shown. Very good quality! He’s quite large, too - I knew he was five inches but I wasn’t prepared for how big he was (it was a pleasant surprise, if anything). Great buy!

Terrible seller. Do not use!!!
First of all this item was MUCH smaller than expected. The photos make it look a lot bigger than it is. Second of all a few days after I purchased it, the price went down considerably. Over $20! How can they dare charge me so much when they were going to reduce the price? Not fair at all. Thirdly, when I asked to return it, they told me I had to pay the return postage overseas. The cost would have been as much as the refund. I am out of pocket considerably for a tiny little item. Absolutely furious. When I emailed them, they blamed Amazon for the massive price reduction (yeah right) Do not buy from this seller. I have to say my experiences with Amazon are usually very good - this is the worst buying experience I have had. So disappointing. Honestly if they hadn't argued with me and just refunded me the difference this would probably be a very different review!
