I kind of thought this was pricey but it works so well! So far, I only used it in Korea but I like the versatility of it because I can use this for other places I travel to! That’s why I know I got my money’s worth and I like that it comes in a small travel case.The only downside that I found was when it is plugged in the wall, sometimes the weight of it pulls it down so you have to fix it to make sure it’s securely connected to the wall outlet. I didn’t have too much problem with that but it was just in one area I visited where it wouldn’t connect well; in other places I visited, I had no problems when I plugged it in the wall outlet.

This compact travel charger takes care of all your possible requirements when you travel. It has all the plug ins for the different types you will encounter while travelling to different countries,plus the USB input allows you to charge multiple devices. I can charge my laptop with it's charger into the AC port while I can charge my mobile into the USB port with my mobile phone USB cord. This is a must have when you travel to other countries.

A family relative used this on a trip to Australia recently and had absolutely no problems with it. Their only comment which isn't the fault of the device but most hotels is their wall outlets' plug internals are worn out/metal loose/bent and adapters/plugs have tendency to want to fall out of the outlet. This happened to us with different adapter device in UK years ago and was maddening. If this manufacturer could somehow allleviate or compensate their plug prongs to help the device stay in the outlet opening would be a patent!

Wow, I am so impressed! We just got back from Europe and I was able to use my hairdryer brush without any worries. I just plugged it into this converter and nothing caught fire! hahaha. It doesn't take up a lot of room so I was pretty impressed with how I could use it with a hairdryer and not knock out the power for the whole block. All of my travel companions were super jealous so I told them how to order one so they wouldn't have to suffer on their next trip.

We recently took a trip to Europe. There were different receptacles at each location so I thought this would be ideal. It worked the first day for my hair dryer but not after that. It worked as a basic adapter for my phone but not as a converter. The fuses are extremely hard to change. When plugging in you have to hold the prongs out with the lever or they push back in. Overall I was disappointed with this purchase.

I took this with me to Paris for the express use of the Converter feature so I could use my flatiron. Within 15 seconds my flatiron started to spell like it was burning and the handle was HOT. I immediately unplugged it. I tried it in a different outlet in the hotel room... same thing happened. I thoroughly read the instructions and switched it to "Converter" but it did not work. I tried it again in Madrid and the same thing. I paid $30 for a useless converter.. and I can't return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER... It was cheaper to buy a flatiron in Madrid and not worry about a converter. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

I bought this as convertor to take with me if I had to charge items while away from the hotels. I ended up using it a couple of times both in and out of the hotels.I found it simple to use and it worked great.It is a bit heavy for some of the places we stayed with older, well used outlet so if not careful it fell/pulled out easily. I could usually find a outlet that worked.I would recommend this as a backup adapter for sure.

Easy to use and carry on for travel. Adaptor funtions works OK, converter function is underperforming, poor quality. When used with a hairdryer it killed the fuse twice. The housing for the fuses are weak and break easily, once broken is very difficult to access/replace the fuse
